Mugging - ARREST

Highlands Avenue - Monday 22:00
DPVwatch members spotted a suspicious vehicle and monitored it for a while. The occupants of the vehicle robbed a man in Highlands Avenue at which point patrollers alerted SAPS and the radio network. The vehicle was stopped and the occupants were arrested on the corner of De Villiers and Constitution Streets. A plastic firearm was found inside the vehicle.
