Upper Buitenkant, Saturday at 22:30
DPwatch patrollers witnessed a drug dealer enter the area and sell to his buyer. He quickly left the area but members followed him and SAPS were called on the radio. SAPS caught up to them on De Waal Drive and pulled over the car. A thorough search of the car was done. Tik and Mandrax were found hidden in an aerosol can which had been fitted with a screw off bottom.
