Theft out of motor vehicle

Vredehoek Ave - Tuesday bewtween 00:00 & 06:00
A car was broken into and a laptop stolen. The complainant heard the car window being smashed and saw the two suspects in his car. They were seen running up Vredehoek Avenue with the laptop. The authorities were only notified later when CBAR drove past the scene. Reported to SAPS.
