Theft of Motor vehicle - recovered

St James - Monday around 15:30
A Rurojet scooter was stolen from a block of flats. SAPS in the Strand arrested two coloured men and a coloured female for attempting to break into a vehicle. When they were searched they had a bottle of presciption pills which SAPS traced back to the owner of the stolen scooter. The arrested suspects then confessed that the stolen scooter was dumped on Culver Street for recovery later.
Excellent detective work!
