Attempted Theft out of Motor Vehicle ARREST

A suspicious person was reported to be looking into vehicles. Armed response was called and on arrival apprehended a suspect inside a vehicle with the owner’s laptop also in the vehicle. SAPS was dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.
Reported to SAPS.
