Attempted Street Robbery - without a weapon

Three men encircled victims on the corner of Philip Kgosana and Jutland Ave, preventing them from walking further. After threatening them with pepper spray the victims managed to proceed. Vehicles witnessing the incident started hooting which helped the victims.
Not reported to SAPS.
