Trespassing - ARREST

The owner noticed a man digging in the bins who then proceeded to look around the property and garage doors. He then entered the back yard through a temporary fence that had been erected by the construction company next door to the property. Security from the site arrived at the same time for a shift change and they helped the owner in apprehending the trespasser. CBAR cuffed the man while waiting for SAPS to arrest.
Reported to SAPS.
