Bellair Road - Saturday, at 03:12
Suspect was seen from bedroom window in Bellair Road as he was swiftly making his way along Bellair Road towards Derry Street, checking property and garage doors. He also checked 25 Bellair and entered the open gates at 23 Bellair before moving along. He was definitely moving from cover to cover and sticking to the shadows. After SAPS circled the block and moved on, I saw him return down Bellair towards Wexford. He saw me and made a swift turn down Wexford. I stopped a DPVwatch patroller soon after and they gave chase.
Reported to SAPS.
