Theft out of motor vehicle - ARREST

Vredehoek Avenue - Saturday, between 15:00 and 15:30
A vehicle was broken into and a flask and water bottle were stolen. The suspects were chased and apprehended by residents and arrested when SAPS arrived on the scene.
Reported to SAPS
