Theft out of motor vehicle

Upper Mill Street - Friday, at about 16:25
A witness saw a short male and female approach a vehicle and break it’s window. She shouted at the suspect and another witness gave chase but the suspects managed to get away. A camouflaged backpack was stolen.
Unknown if reported to SAPS
