Seymour Avenue - Friday, at about 06:30
The resident heard a door in her flat creak. On going to sort it out, saw a young man standing at her desk. Two men had gained access to the flat by removing a pane of glass from a window. After ransacking drawers, they tied up the resident and left. At least one of them wore gloves. Items stolen included a Nokia cell phone, a Swatch watch, Kobo touch reader, ATM card, assorted jewellery, cash and a green rucksack.
