The complainant was walking up to Mill street from under the bridge by KFC when a man approached him to shake his hand, he wouldn’t let go of teh complainant’s hand then pulled out a pocket knife and said to give him some notes and that he had friends up the road. The complainant gave him R50 but he wasn’t happy so he gave him another R10 and he then walked back towards KFC. Suspect was A short-ish black man wearing an FC Barcelona shirt, shorts and a peak cap.
