St James Street - Monday 20:45-21:00
At approximately 19:30 a resident noticed a black male behaving suspiciously at the door of a champagne coloured VW Polo Vivo. She called the police and several DPV members also attended the scene but the man could not be found. Shortly before 21:00 an identical vehicle to the one stolen pulled up behind the Vivo. The black male was now accompanied by a tall, slender light-haired white male and a tall athletic-looking coloured man. After looking around and checking the streets, they broke into the Vivo and drove off in it at 21:00. Registration CAW 67317.
