NEED PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN ARMED ROBBERY : CAPE TOWN CENTRAL SAPS

Cape Town Central Police is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying an unidentified man who was involved in an armed robbery which occurred on station deck, Cape Town Railway Station on Thursday, 2011-03-03.

It is alleged that while the complainant was on his way to Bontheville taxis, two coloured males approached him. The one grabbed him by his neck from behind and the other one pointed a gun to his face. They searched the complainant, stole his gold watch and walked away.

The suspect with firearm is dark in complexion, age +- 26 years, height +- 1.8m, medium build, scar on right cheek, lips dry and bad like a person that smokes many pipes.
