Upper Mill: 21h30 - Black Renault Clio, CA722517, one male and one female occupant, dropped package at apartment block at the bottom of Upper Mill Street. Vehicle stopped by SAPS and a large amount of cash as well as electronic scales found. Please call it in if vehicle spotted in area.
