Theft out of Motor Vehicle 2

Upper Maynard: between 08h00 & 09h00 - Member on patrol saw residents running down Upper Maynard. They were chasing a suspect who had broken into a vehicle. Member was able to alert other members on the radio and also SAPS. A description was given. As a result of the radio, SAPS were able to make a positive arrest of the suspect who was found in possession of the stolen property.
