The first Annual DPVwatch Auction was a huge success, with Watch members merrily placing bids for exciting lots including hampers, professional services, and holiday getaway stays.
Members of DPVwatch gathered in the dining room of the Gardens Rugby Club for an evening of socialising and fundraising towards the installation of more Licence Plate Recognition cameras. These cameras have been instrumental in tracking suspects. With 17 auction lots, bouts of bidding wars began for the more tantalizing pieces up for grabs.
Our community came together and managed to raise a total of R15,054! We are so grateful to everyone who purchased tickets and came to support this fundraiser.
