Freesia Avenue - Saturday, at 04:30
A suspicious male was spotted walking up Ixia at 04:21. Minutes later he broken into a vehicle in Freesia Avenue. Security and patrollers raced to the street before the incident, but couldn’t find the suspect.
Unknown if reported to SAPS.
