A man, dressed in a green jacket, black pants a dark coloured back pack, used his sweat shirt to cover his hand. He stuck it through the electric fence and pulled the solar light off the wall. His sweat shirt remained on the fence. He then exited via the library lane.
Not reported to SAPS.
