An alert member noticed a strange man standing close to a motorbike and that he had removed the licence plate. A man in new model bakkie with a trailer attached, was waiting for him while double parked in the street. The man hastily got into the bakkie and they drove off at a speed. The bakkie had two registrations papers in the back window. The resident followed them down to Philip Kgosana.
