Street Robbery - without a dangerous weapon

Chelmsford Road - Monday, at 18:34
A woman was robbed of her bag outside Mountain Close. Her screams could be heard from afar. The robber ran into Pine Avenue which is a cul de sac and than down Derry. He was chased by two residents but they lost him when he jumped the fence of the park on Noordelik. He dropped the stolen goods and the bag with phone was returned to its owner.
Reported to SAPS.
