Attempted theft out of motor vehicle 2 - ARREST

A car alarm went off. The owner found a man in his car when he went out to investigate. One man ran towards Florida Road and a witness spotted two men walking fast up Escombe Road. A suspect was pinned down in Bellair Road when he entered a property from St James Street to escape.
