Upper Mill Street - Thursday, at 15:24
A man was pretending to beg and talked to a resident who was sitting on his upstairs balcony. When the resident went inside and the security gate didn’t lock behind him, the suspect climbed the fence and a pole to reach the upstairs balcony. He entered the house and stole a brand new bluetooth speaker and some worthless jewellery from the bedroom.
Unknown if reported to SAPS.
