    I believe this is most likely the incident at 16 Pinetree Crescent.

    Young bald black man, dressed in white with a backpack, most likely not of South Africa, attempted to climb into the back window of the 16 Pinetree Crescent.
    Resident was in the room and caught by surprise. She jumped up and struggled with the man and pushed him out the window.

    He casually retreated and walked away down towards Chelmsford.
    There is video and photo footage available. Police have been here to make report & attempted to take finger prints.
