The tall thin man who broke into a resident’s car previously tried to break into a car across the street. Her dog disturbed him with constant barking. She radio’d the SAPS, but they were not immediately available, but the radio room did send a vehicle to the scene. The suspect was long gone by then.
Reported to SAPS.
