Attempted theft of motor vehicle

St James Street - Sunday, at about 21:05
A resident called in that a suspect was seen under the bonnet of their vehicle. SAPS was notified and a suspect vehicle was identified which was then stopped a short time later. Three suspects were arrested as access had been gained to the vehicle by damaging the lock and the ignition was tampered with.
Reported to SAPS
