Theft out of motor vehicle - ARREST

Gardenia Avenue - Tuesday, at about 13:50
A suspect stole a backpack out of a motor vehicle as the owner was unpacking the vehicle. He then attempted to open a garage door in Chelsea Avenue but was then followed by a member who alerted SAPS. The suspect was arrested.
Reported to SAPS
