Theft from property - Arrest

Barnham Avenue - Tuesday - At about 09:30
A member received a call that a neighbour could see a man inside the property stealing what looked to be outside plumbing. DPV Watch members, ADT and SAPS responded and aprehended and arrested the suspect who had a screw driver on him.
