The complainant and her boyfriend were sleeping, when the boyfriend woke up because of a noise. He noticed that their cat was intently watching the window and looked, while still lying in bed, at it too. He saw a silhouette (it was still dark outside), which all of a sudden moved. A man was standing outside of their window trying to look inside. The boyfriend got up and yelled at the man to go away. The man immediately ran away and must have jumped over the wall to get away. They have no idea how he got onto the property.
