Theft out of motor vehicle - Arrest

Davenoprt Road - Friday - Between 10:25 and 11:30
Entry to the vehicle was unknown, a cable analyser was stolen. The complainant saw the suspect breaking into his vehicle and gave chase. The suspect was aprehended by ADT arrested by SAPS (Constable Mpandle).
Reported to SAPS
