Attempted theft from property

The lock on the garage door was broken to gain access. Once inside the garage the suspect then appears to have tried to steal the car parked inside - a Cherry. He was unsuccessful but the ignition on the car was totally damaged. Nothing else in the garage, including a scooter was stolen.
Reported to SAPS.
