Theft from property

Cnr Chelmsford & Escombe Roads - Tuesday at 13:10
A man jumped over the high fence around the block of flats and accessed the flat via an open door. The resident screamed when she saw him and he managed to grab a cellphone and run out. She saw he was joined by a second suspect and they ran down Escombe Road. DPVwatch got a call and responded within seconds but could not find the suspect as there was a limited clothing description. The victim was able to track her phone and followed it but unfortunately we had no means of communicating with the victim who did not have a radio and there was no phone contact.
Reported to SAPS.
