Attempted theft out of vehicle

Upper Mill Street - Friday between 00:00 & 06:00
The car window was smashed and part of the frame damaged to access the vehicle. The suspect then tried to rip the car seats out to steal them but was unsuccessful. He also damaged the cubby hole to see if there was anything in there to steal.
Reported to SAPS.
