Attempted Theft out of Vehicle - ARREST

Chelmsford Road, Monday, 10:15
A coloured couple from Mitchells Plein were seen trying to open cars. They were chased and apprehended. Upon searching them SAPS uncovered a few sets of car Keys, a knife and assorted items thought to be used for breaking into cars.
Arrested by SAPS
