Attempted Theft from property - ARREST

A resident saw a black male trying to access his garage and he set off his panic alarm. A neighbour who was housesitting for a DPVwatch radio holder saw the suspicious man and heard the alarm go off and alerted other radio holders about the incident. Within 2 minutes the suspect who was running out of the area was stopped by 6 members of the NW and SAPS arrived and arrested him.
