Attempted Theft out of Motor Vehicle

Ludlow : between 06h00 & 18h00 - The vehicle’s back window was smashed but nothing was stolen. It is possible that the suspect was disturbed as there were items on the front seat that he may have stolen. The suspect is a black man, clean shaven with white rimmed glasses who was seen looking into vehicles just before the incident occured. The incident has been reported to SAPS.
