Chelmsford : 13h00 - There was a rattling / scraping sound near resident’s front door. The resident initially thought her neighbour was being robbed, so she made noise in her apartment by slamming a door. She then heard footsteps running away. The intruder ran out of the complex and got into a small white pick-up truck (bakkie?) with a CA registration and drove away. The intruder is described as a black man wearing a red, shiny jacket, blue jeans, a straw hat, carrying a brown bag. The incident has been reported to SAPS.
