Possible attempted theft of petrol from vehicle

Seymour : 04h00 - Resident noticed a champagne-coloured vehicle with two occupants driving suspiciously along Seymour Avenue. The vehicle appeared to be inspecting bakkies parked outside Anmar Court and Bellorlie Court. The occupants (an older respectable-looking coloured male driver accompanied by a younger male) fled the area when they noticed the resident observing them.
