Delphinium : When filling up with petrol, the owner of a bakkie (which had been parked on the street) noticed that petrol was pouring out from underneath. Upon further investigation, it was evident that the rubber filler pipe had 2 slits in it. Similar incidents were reported by other DPV members, so it appears that the pipe had been slit to syphon petrol out.
